JadeAudio, new online selling sub-brand of Chinese company Fiio, announced its first HIFI player – J1.
According to the website, the JadeAudio J1 features touch wheel control and bi-directional Bluetooth 4.1 transmission. The return of touch wheel design and smaller screen suggests that JadeAudio J1 should be a budget product.
What’s most interesting about the J1 is the in-vehicle mode. “The mode provides a perfect link between music and vehicle audio system, which will greatly improve the acoustic quality of vehicle audio system and allow one to enjoy music on your journey.” This is what is described on the official website.
In term of specifics, JadeAudio J1 is equipped with PCM5242 DAC chip from Texas Instruments and supports lossless up to 192kHz/32bit.
